1. Introduction

Welcome to Raj.B Atelier Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

“We / Us / Our” refers to Raj.B Atelier. “You / Customer” refers to the person or entity using our Services or placing an order. “Order” means any purchase of goods or services through our website or store.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Confirmation

When you place an Order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement confirms only that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (stock, pricing error, inability to verify payment, or other business reasons). A contract between you and Raj.B Atelier is formed only when we send a separate shipping confirmation email or a formal acceptance email.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, sizes, and images. However, colours and textures may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences. Prices are displayed on the site in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and in the event of a pricing mistake we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Measurements, Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

For custom and made-to-measure garments, accurate measurements and clear instructions are essential. You are responsible for providing correct measurement details. We will follow the measurements you provide. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure fit, and minor adjustments may be offered per our Alteration Policy. Custom orders begin production once measurements and payment are confirmed; such orders are generally non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects.

6. Payment

We accept payments through authorized payment gateways and methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment details you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment must be authorized before we process or dispatch an order. If payment is declined, we will not be able to accept the order.

7. Taxes, Duties & Fees

Applicable taxes may be added to your order at checkout. For international shipments, import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Please check local regulations prior to ordering.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and options are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier performance, customs, public holidays, or force majeure events. Title and risk pass to you on delivery as per our Shipping Policy and the carrier’s terms.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. Please review those documents before requesting a return. Custom-made products typically have different rules and may be non-refundable after production begins.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotional offers, discounts, and gift card terms are as stated at the time of promotion. Promotions may have limitations (one per customer, specific products, minimum order value, expiry date). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotions in case of misuse or technical error.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, images, logos, designs, and code — is the intellectual property of Raj.B Atelier or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

12. User Accounts & Passwords

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account unless due to our negligence.

13. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services (including posting offensive, unlawful content, or attempts to hack). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or applicable law.

14. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content

When you submit reviews, photos or other content you grant Raj.B Atelier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display that content for promotional purposes. Do not submit content that violates third-party rights or contains offensive material.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raj.B Atelier and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for claims related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raj.B Atelier, its officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim, demand or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

17. Privacy & Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and notify affected customers.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or our business. Termination does not waive our right to pursue other remedies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

21. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raj.B Atelier regarding the Services.
