Q1: Can I return items I bought from Raj.B Atelier?

Yes — ready-made (stock) items are eligible for return within the timeframe stated in our Return & Exchange Policy (usually 7 days from delivery), provided they are unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging. Custom / measurement-based garments are not eligible for return — instead we provide re-customization, remakes or alteration services if there is a valid fit or manufacturing issue.

Q2: My made-to-measure garment doesn’t fit well — what can I do?

If your measurement garment shows fit issues, contact us immediately (preferably within 48 hours for major issues). We will assess the issue and offer a suitable remedy: complimentary correction (if manufacturing error), remake, or an alteration solution (may be free or chargeable depending on cause). We cannot accept a return for change of mind on custom pieces.

Q3: How do I request a return, exchange or alteration?
  1. Email info@rajbatelier.com with your order number, name and photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. Wait for Return Authorization (RA) or instructions from our team — do not send items back without approval.
  3. Follow the provided shipping/collection instructions. Use tracked shipping for valuable items.
Q4: How long does a refund take to process?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days (time to reflect in your account depends on the bank/payment provider). We will notify you once a refund is initiated.

Q5: Who pays return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label where feasible. For change-of-mind returns on ready-made items, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs and any re-shipment charges.

Q6: How long does a custom / made-to-measure order take?

Production time for made-to-measure garments typically ranges from 7–21 business days depending on design, fabric availability and current order queue. Exact timelines are shown on product pages or confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Q7: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation may be possible before production/dispatch and may be eligible for a full refund. Once production has started (cutting/stitching) or the item is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and refund eligibility will be limited.

Q8: What if my delivery is delayed or lost?

We provide tracking details once an order is dispatched. If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact us at info@rajbatelier.com with your order number and tracking number — we will coordinate with the courier and file a claim if necessary.

Q9: Do you ship internationally? Are there customs charges?

Yes, we ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are typically the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. These charges vary by country — please check with local customs before ordering.

Q10: How do I provide my measurements?

For made-to-measure orders we provide a measurement guide. You can provide measurements via the order form, email, or schedule an in-person measurement service. Accurate measurements are important; we recommend professional measuring for best fit. Raj.B Atelier will use the measurements you provide to make the garment.

Q11: Are customized garments refundable if I change my mind?

No — measurement-based or customized garments are not eligible for return for change of mind. We will, however, provide re-customization, remake, or alteration support to correct fit or manufacturing issues as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Q12: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rajbatelier.com with photos and your order number. We will guide you on return/claim procedures and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Q13: How do you protect my payment and personal data?

We use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption on our website. We do not store full card details on our servers. For details about how we use and protect data, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Q14: Can I get alterations after delivery?

Yes — we offer alteration services. For ready-made items alterations may be chargeable. For custom garments, minor alterations may be offered free if they are due to a manufacturing error. Contact us to discuss the specific case.
